            After I graduated from college in the Gunadarma University, I want to be a career woman. I want to work in accordance with my major is accounting. With the work I was able to gain experience in the working world. In addition I also want to make my parents proud of me, because my parents had been educated me until I became a scholar. In addition to working I still want to keep learning and seeking knowledge, because knowledge is very important and there is no limit for us to study wherever and whenever.

            Accounting is my major , English is important to accounting because English is an international language, so it is important to use it in accounting . Accounting is a science that can be done with manually or by computer, for now many use of accounting science is done using accounting software. The use of accounting software can simplify the accountant to perform activities related to accounting science. Accounting software also has implemented the use of English in the working process, including the names of the account until the end of financial statements.

            The financial statements of various companies even today has a lot to reconcile Indonesian with English in disclosure, because the financial statements are presented for information that can be understood by all parties, both Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals. So the presentation of financial statements with English language can be easily understood by a foreign citizen who wants to know the information in the financial statements. The use of the English language is applied in the financial statements because English is an international language that can be understood foreign nationals.

            So the English language is very important for accountants in performing accounting activities. Because later accountant will report its results in the form of financial statements that are presented with the English language.
